Lead customer-facing solution architecture, strategy, and growth for multi-domain Command and Control missions across Army, Joint, Space, and Department of War customers. Own technical solution development for major pursuits, engage senior government stakeholders, support demonstrations and proposals, and bridge Growth, Engineering, and Product teams. Translate complex C2 requirements into technically sound, deliverable platform capabilities while supporting capture and delivery activities.

Lead systems engineering and modeling and simulation integration across the product lifecycle. Develop MBSE artifacts, architectures, requirements, interfaces, and verification approaches; integrate physics-based models, synthetic environments, LVC and distributed simulations; model air and missile threats; establish DIS/HLA interoperability; support verification, validation, accreditation, risk analysis, trade studies, AI/ML evaluation, and mission-effectiveness assessments.

Lead mission and systems architecture for REACTOR cognitive decision aids across counter-UAS, integrated air and missile defense, and multi-domain missions. Translate operational needs into requirements, interfaces, architectures, verification strategies, and deployment baselines. Define decision workflows, data contracts, and system integrations while maintaining MBSE artifacts. Lead trade studies, integration planning, testing, demonstrations, and operational performance analysis. Mentor engineering teams and communicate technical recommendations to customers and leadership.
