Transfers materials to and from bulk trucks by following transfer instructions, recording lot numbers, preparing materials and work areas, and maintaining traceability. Operates and troubleshoots transfer equipment, reports safety or equipment issues, follows quality and safety procedures, and requests repairs when needed. Requires forklift and RF scan gun operation, basic math, the ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the shift, and successful respirator fit testing.

Leads manufacturing and capital projects from planning through implementation, including equipment installation, process improvements, facility modifications, and production line expansions. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages budgets, troubleshoots equipment and processes, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and drives improvements in productivity, quality, reliability, throughput, and waste reduction. Provides technical leadership, supports continuous improvement initiatives, manages multiple projects, and mentors engineering and operations personnel.

Support bottling line operations by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, performing quality inspections, packaging and labeling bottles, maintaining production records, and following safety protocols to ensure efficient, compliant production.
