Operates and programs CNC and conventional machine tools to fabricate precision parts and fixtures. Reads blueprints and engineering drawings, calculates dimensions and tolerances, selects tooling and materials, performs machine setups, monitors operations, and inspects completed work using precision instruments. Maintains equipment, diagnoses malfunctions, supports 5S and lean practices, develops fixtures and procedures, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, scheduling, and sales personnel.
