Work across full stack with strong front-end/UX focus, use AI-assisted development, uphold TDD and code review standards, coach peers, and collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to shape impactful edtech features.

Prospect, qualify (MEDDICC), close new logos, expand accounts, produce forecasts, maintain HubSpot CRM, engage senior stakeholders, support bids/tenders and Levy Transfer partnerships, mentor juniors, and hit monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue quotas.
