The role requires strong communication, prioritization, customer service, attention to detail, composure under pressure, English fluency, and preferably Spanish fluency and scheduling or dispatch experience.

The officer maintains a visible deterrent, reports vandalism and suspicious activity, supports cash escorts, and follows strict protocols for shoplifting and de-escalation. The role requires Florida Class D and G security licenses, a driver’s license, physical stamina, professional conduct, background and drug screening, and second-shift availability.
