Manage client relationships from implementation through post-release success, serving as the primary internal and external contact. Partner with Sales, Customer Solutions, Engineering, QA, and Product to deliver programs, define requirements, triage enhancement requests, mitigate risks, and communicate customer priorities. Monitor business metrics, support partner engagement and growth, and coordinate complex programs with limited supervision.

Design and implement scalable cloud architectures to ingest and normalize telematics data, build front-end experiences, develop and secure APIs, optimize databases and performance, mentor engineers, lead technical direction, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security for telematics-driven safety products.

Lead FP&A activities including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial and operational KPI reporting, expense management, ad hoc strategic analyses, dashboarding for leadership and investor packs, and support for M&A diligence. Partner with functional leads to influence business strategy and prepare the company for IPO readiness.
