Supports government-contract accounting operations through accounts receivable, revenue cycle management, project-based billing, collections, aging analysis, billing dispute resolution, month-end reconciliations, journal entries, and variance and indirect-rate analysis. The role requires Deltek Costpoint expertise, Excel modeling, knowledge of FAR/CAS compliance and government contract types, and strong communication and prioritization skills.

Supports Special Operations targeting by analyzing intelligence, developing targets and patterns of life, identifying associates, creating targeting products, translating intelligence gaps into ISR collection requirements, and preparing reports and briefings. Manages classified information and databases in a 24/7 operational environment while supporting lethal and non-lethal effects planning.

Manage contractor support for a high-priority Special Operations intelligence mission. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, enforcing work standards, managing schedules, coordinating government and customer interfaces, overseeing contract performance and knowledge management, preparing status reports, and organizing program reviews. The role integrates intelligence, operations, joint fires, targeting, and operational effects to support senior decision-makers. It requires an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, extensive program management and intelligence experience, PMP certification, and up to 10% travel.
