Supports faculty with course delivery, grading, exams, lectures, discussion sections, tutoring, office hours, student communication, course materials, record keeping, and administrative tasks. The Teaching Assistant also helps develop course plans, prepares presentations and instructional materials, proctors exams, records grades and attendance, and assists with library cataloging and lecture recording. The role is supervised by the course instructor and appointed for the duration of each academic term.

Coordinates collegiate program planning and delivery, including scheduling, site visits, events, classroom materials, faculty and guest speaker support, student services, communications, budgets, invoices, and program data. Maintains Canvas and other systems, liaises with Facilities, IT, and vendors, supports orientations and engagement activities, and assists with student wellbeing and continuous improvement. Requires on-site work, occasional evenings and weekends, and emergency on-call participation.

Provides front desk, reception, library circulation, customer service, clerical, basic IT, event, and classroom support. Answers inquiries, manages library materials and records, assists with audiovisual issues, supports emergencies and events, maintains organized Commons and library spaces, and performs opening, closing, shelving, auditing, and other special projects. Requires evening and weekend coverage and strong communication, organization, dependability, discretion, and customer service skills.

Build and maintain public-facing websites, microsites, landing pages, email templates, and custom WordPress themes. Translate UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible, high-performance pages while supporting both modern block-based and classic PHP-based WordPress stacks. Collaborate with developers, designers, IT, and marketing technology teams; contribute to coding standards, tooling, workflow improvements, and site migrations.

Supports IT operations and project delivery across enterprise platforms and program application forms. Coordinates requirements, enhancements, bugs, UAT, deployments, change management, and post-launch adoption. Acts as the intake point for technology issues and collaborates with IT, Marketing, Sales, Enrollment, Admissions, and regional teams across the US, UK, and Spain. Tracks work using project management tools, improves processes, and translates business and UX needs into technical requirements.

Coordinate the development and delivery of short-term undergraduate programs, managing course administration, schedules, materials, assessments, instructors, guest speakers, partners, student communications, and experiential learning. Track academic timelines and deliverables, support quality assurance and program evaluation, and provide on-site academic and operational assistance during program delivery in New York City.
