Leads CHA’s organization-wide data strategy, warehouse development, reporting, and dashboarding initiatives. The role designs data models and pipelines, integrates information from multiple systems, develops Power BI dashboards, establishes documentation standards, manages vendors, and guides departmental data roadmaps. It also partners with senior leaders to gather requirements, drive adoption, improve data quality, and build a reliable, data-informed organization.

Supports a Legal Department process and policy improvement initiative by interviewing staff, documenting workflows, creating SOPs, process maps, training materials, job aids, and knowledge resources. The intern will organize content in the Aspire learning management system, track project milestones, prepare reports and presentations, and recommend methods for maintaining documentation. The role provides experience in policy implementation, organizational effectiveness, change management, and public-sector operations.
