The R&D Project Manager will oversee product and technology development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project documentation.

Lead NPI, yield engineering, and product quality for GaN power ICs; manage wafer fab, assembly, test, reliability and failure analysis with Asian subcontractors; develop qualification plans, analyze manufacturing/test data, improve yields, and ensure ISO and industry-standard compliance while supporting scale-up to volume production.
