Own end-to-end planning and execution of Harvard-MIT AI Safety Workshops (scaling from 5 to 8/year), run specialized weekend research workshops, and lead monthly Cambridge AI networking events. Responsibilities include speaker outreach, participant selection, programming design, venue/logistics coordination, feedback synthesis, and building relationships with university faculty and partner organizations.

As a Research Manager at CBAI, you will support fellows in AI and biosecurity research by providing feedback, managing projects, and facilitating resource connections. You will also contribute to program management and development, ensuring fellows succeed in their research goals.

The Research Manager, AI Safety will oversee research fellows, facilitate project execution, provide feedback, and manage partnerships related to AI safety initiatives.
