Review and reconcile NAV, positions, capital calls/distributions, fund expenses and cash; validate fee and waterfall calculations; liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors and clients; prepare audit schedules and draft financial statements; ensure compliance with governing documents and accounting standards; support process improvements and automation; serve as primary contact for fund accounting inquiries.

Supports the firm’s global inclusion and community strategy, particularly across APAC and EMEA. Develops cultural awareness programming, learning sessions, employee engagement and volunteerism initiatives, stakeholder partnerships, communications, and community relationships. Translates global priorities into regionally relevant programs, contributes to measurement and reporting, and coordinates projects across multiple workstreams.
