Support Investment Directors in due diligence and monitoring of venture capital and growth equity managers. Conduct manager meetings, analyze strategies and performance, perform reference calls, prepare committee and client materials, monitor market trends, and represent the firm at manager meetings. Provide research and data to client-facing teams and participate in fundraising and portfolio update coordination.

Support senior researchers in qualitative and quantitative analysis of global, non-US, and emerging markets equity managers. Conduct performance and portfolio analysis using FactSet/Bloomberg, attend manager meetings, produce written due diligence and commentary, source and monitor strategies, and serve as an information resource for colleagues and clients.

Drive lead generation and pipeline development across institutional and private client segments in the US Southeast. Build and nurture regional relationships with centers of influence and prospects, represent the firm at industry events, coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding, maintain CRM records, and report regional business development performance to senior leadership.
