Provide first-line Salesforce user support, perform data audits and mass uploads, maintain documentation and data dictionary, assist with report/dashboard creation, support Agentforce/AI field mapping and prompt auditing, help with UAT, and create internal enablement content. Work under senior admins to maintain CRM integrity and gain certification.

Provide reception and administrative support for the FabShop, coordinate daily shipping and logistics, perform data entry and audit reporting in Excel/Oracle, manage samples and inventory cycle counts, maintain records in MaintainX, support shipping/receiving and office tasks, and oversee safety/first-aid supplies.

The R&D Engineer will focus on developing new chemistry systems, optimize plant performance, conduct quality testing, and assist in raw material sourcing while maintaining laboratory procedures and safety practices.
