Own B2B demand generation in Turkey by designing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. Responsibilities include content strategy and creation, online and offline events, ABM programs, LinkedIn management, performance analysis, budget ownership, and sales alignment. The role requires deep knowledge of the Turkish B2B market, strong content and campaign skills, and fluent Turkish and English communication.

Generate qualified sales opportunities in the Turkish B2B market through outbound prospecting, account penetration, social selling, cold calls, email sequences, and event follow-up. Qualify and nurture leads, conduct persistent follow-up, research prospects, support marketing activities, and ensure qualified handoffs to Account Executives. The role also contributes market insights and helps improve the sales playbook and technology stack.

Lead backend system design and delivery for AI-forward language-learning products. Own APIs, data models, and production services; make architectural trade-offs; ship end-to-end features; mentor engineers; work across frontend, mobile, and data when needed; and establish engineering practices that scale and incorporate AI coding workflows.
