Operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy: own recurring Finance and RevOps workflows, run AR/AP and payroll-adjacent tasks, build financial models and analytics, support HubSpot and data hygiene, manage vendors and IT onboarding, lead ISO27001/SOC2 evidence gathering, coordinate hiring and people ops programs, and drive cross-functional operational improvements.

Operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy: own AR/AP and payroll-adjacent execution, financial modeling and budgeting, HubSpot RevOps support, vendor and IT management, ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance evidence gathering, cross-functional coordination, hiring/onboarding logistics, and analytical projects to drive company performance.

Build and maintain internal tooling and automation to improve Customer Success workflows. Develop async task pipelines with Celery and SQS, integrate internal and third-party systems, use AWS CDK for infra, and apply LLMs (AWS Bedrock, Claude) for AI-assisted automation. Partner with CS and engineering teams, monitor tooling, and respond to incidents.

Design and develop internal tools and automation systems to improve Customer Success teams' capacity and efficiency. Collaborate on product solutions and monitor tool performance.
