Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support software applications, data pipelines, integrations, and HEDIS healthcare quality measurement solutions. Responsibilities include database design, data modeling, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, production support, testing, documentation, security practices, and continuous reliability improvements. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, modern data warehouse and ETL/ELT experience, collaboration across technical and business teams, and occasional on-call support.

Serves as a finance business partner by developing budgets, forecasts, financial models, variance analyses, and business reports. Evaluates cost-benefit, ROI, capital resources, proposals, contracts, and product opportunities. Supports cost savings, process improvement, financial governance, workflow improvements, and cross-functional decision-making. Provides presentations, training, consulting, and informal leadership to business teams and stakeholders.

Leads multiple concurrent product implementation projects from planning through completion. Develops project estimates, plans, milestones, budgets, and status reports; manages scope, risks, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications; resolves issues and delays; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; ensures adherence to enterprise project management standards; and presents progress to leadership, clients, and project teams. The role also mentors project managers and supports the delivery of new insurance products and enhancements.
