The Case Manager maintains professional relationships with clients, conducts needs assessments, and assists tenants in achieving independence through community resources, goal tracking, and advocacy.

Lead agencywide compliance and quality assurance: conduct internal audits and risk assessments, perform site visits, analyze findings, develop SOPs and training, manage investigations and corrective actions, prepare reports for leadership and the board, and implement a Quality Improvement Plan to ensure regulatory and funder requirements are met.

The Peer Support Leader will provide mentorship and support to high-risk youth, assist in outreach efforts, and help facilitate group activities to foster a positive community environment.
