Manages IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, system security, monitoring, upgrades, and compliance. Leads IT staff, coordinates cross-functional technology initiatives, troubleshoots performance issues, develops policies, manages vendors, and recommends technology investments. Ensures reliable, secure, scalable systems aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards.

Creates and coordinates mission-driven marketing and communications content across digital, print, social media, and community outreach channels. Manages campaigns, vendor timelines, brand consistency, content publishing, community engagement, project records, and quality review. Collaborates with leadership, internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders while using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to produce branded materials.

Processes end-to-end payroll, including wage calculations, tax withholding, deductions, reconciliations, filings, reporting, and record maintenance. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, resolves discrepancies with HR and finance, responds to employee inquiries, supports audits, and improves payroll processes. Requires experience with Ultipro, PeopleSoft, Excel, payroll tax regulations, and confidential data handling.
