Prospects healthcare organizations through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels. Qualifies leads against ICP criteria, engages executive stakeholders, delivers introductory presentations, handles objections, and schedules meetings for sales leaders. Maintains accurate CRM records, tracks outreach and pipeline activity, submits performance reports, participates in coaching, and follows HIPAA, privacy, information security, and outbound communication compliance requirements.

Conduct insurance follow-up for U.S. healthcare providers, investigate and resolve denials and underpayments, manage appeals and refiling, and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable. The role requires accurate, timely account resolution while meeting quality and productivity standards, communicating with U.S. insurance companies, and working flexibly on night shifts.

Manage accounts receivable follow-up and denial management throughout the medical billing revenue cycle. Investigate claim rejections, review claim statuses, and contact insurance companies regarding unpaid, underpaid, denied, and pending claims. Resolve issues through payer portals while applying payer guidelines, reimbursement policies, and healthcare regulations. The role requires knowledge of commercial insurers and strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
