Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers and payers to resolve outstanding balances, analyze claims and patient accounts, investigate denials and payment delays, negotiate payment arrangements, document collection activity, maintain privacy compliance, and report recovery performance. The role requires healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, medical billing and terminology expertise, strong communication and negotiation skills, and accurate management of high-volume accounts.

Manage healthcare accounts receivable, including denial management, claim follow-up, resolution of outstanding claims, and review of old AR accounts. The role requires understanding U.S. healthcare provider revenue cycle management, capturing and addressing denials, strong written and oral communication, initiative, and a high-energy work style.

Leads enterprise security governance, risk management, compliance, policy administration, control oversight, audit readiness, and third-party risk programs. Develops cybersecurity frameworks and roadmaps, manages regulatory requirements and assessments, oversees security controls and remediation, reports risk posture to executives and boards, and coordinates audits and regulatory examinations. Partners across IT, legal, compliance, audit, and business teams while mentoring GRC staff and driving security awareness, metrics, and continuous improvement.
