Supports Community Choice Aggregator operations through daily process monitoring, billing and meter-data accuracy, utility coordination, approvals, audits, reconciliations, exception resolution, and process improvement. Provides regional expertise, analyst training, operational coverage, requirements gathering, automation and testing support, and SOC evidence coordination. Uses complex data analysis to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions across CCA and utility processes.

Supports ISO/RTO market settlements by reconciling settlement statements, processing invoices, coding payments for Accounting, analyzing market changes, and investigating discrepancies. Prepares quarterly FERC EQR filings and provides ISO data to internal and external stakeholders. Assists senior analysts with inquiries, ad hoc research, and process improvements. Requires strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with advanced Excel proficiency preferred and familiarity with energy markets beneficial.

Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, semantic models, ETL processes, APIs, and SQL Server data solutions. Integrates data from databases, files, APIs, and enterprise systems; performs data transformation, validation, optimization, troubleshooting, and production support. Participates in DevOps, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and release management while translating stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions.
