Coordinates plant engineering functions for a power generation facility, supporting operations, maintenance, performance testing, process and equipment improvements, plant breakdown analysis, regulatory compliance, and profitability optimization. Collects and analyzes operating data, develops operational plans and equipment recommendations, maintains plant records, and provides technical guidance to plant operations and maintenance teams. May lead technical projects and resolve moderately complex operational issues independently.

Manage daily power plant operations and production activities, supervise operators and multiple functions (control room, maintenance, water treatment), oversee safety, training, permitting, and plant chemistry programs. Ensure operational efficiency, reliability, regulatory and environmental compliance, budgeting, staffing, and reporting. Lead large-scale projects and make tactical decisions to meet performance and safety goals.

Designs, plans, and oversees electrical systems and components. Works closely with other engineering disciplines, utilizing advanced electrical theory to improve production quality and efficiency.
