Assists with operating, monitoring, and maintaining power plant equipment, including pumps, motors, turbines, generators, electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls. Records operational data, troubleshoots equipment, performs basic maintenance and calibration, adjusts generation parameters, supports switching operations, and helps maintain regulatory compliance, safe procedures, and training logs.

Lead and manage electrical engineering for MV/HV substations, transmission lines, and BESS/solar projects. Oversee EPC partners and third-party vendors, approve technical specifications, ensure compliance with codes and standards, coordinate multi-discipline deliverables (electrical, controls, SCADA, structural), and support site selection, interconnection, and project integration.

Supports ISO/RTO market settlements by reconciling settlement statements, processing invoices, coding payments for Accounting, analyzing market changes, and investigating discrepancies. Prepares quarterly FERC EQR filings and provides ISO data to internal and external stakeholders. Assists senior analysts with inquiries, ad hoc research, and process improvements. Requires strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with advanced Excel proficiency preferred and familiarity with energy markets beneficial.
