Manage all operations of the NP Postgraduate Fellowship including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, clinical and didactic programming, evaluation, accreditation, budgeting, and continuous program improvement while supporting fellows, preceptors, leadership, and external partners.

Lead enterprise-wide nursing education, onboarding, competency validation, and professional development. Design and implement orientation and annual competency programs, mentor staff, standardize clinical workflows, support leadership coaching, ensure regulatory compliance, and report metrics to drive quality improvement and workforce readiness across sites.

Support clinical quality improvement by monitoring and reporting key measures, managing patient registries, conducting outreach, participating in payer case conferences, preparing reports and dashboards, assisting documentation and meetings, and addressing quality-related patient complaints to improve preventive care and chronic disease management.
