Provides strategic and hands-on HR support to Operations leaders in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include employee relations investigations, performance management, corrective actions, terminations, workforce planning, talent development, policy implementation, leave and workers’ compensation oversight, compliance, workforce analytics, organizational change, and HR initiative execution. Manages and mentors HR team members while advising leaders and improving employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Conducts golf product fitting events, delivers customer demonstrations, explains Callaway and Odyssey product benefits, provides personalized specifications, and applies selling techniques. Sets up and dismantles displays, manages fitting equipment inventory, uses launch monitors and fitting tools, communicates event results, and supports outstanding consumer experiences. This part-time seasonal role requires weekend availability, frequent territory travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Sells, distributes, and promotes Callaway Golf products across an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, achieves revenue and product-launch targets, manages sales and inventory plans, conducts presentations, product training, custom fittings, and consumer events, and maintains merchandising standards. The role requires daily customer visits, territory travel, account management, sales analysis, and coordination of performance fitting representatives.
