Leads real assets investment consulting relationships for institutional investors across real estate, infrastructure, farmland, and timberland. Responsibilities include strategic asset allocation, manager due diligence, plan implementation, performance evaluation, research, client education, business development, thought leadership, and project leadership. The role also requires building industry relationships, managing multiple client engagements, mentoring colleagues, and representing the firm at external events.

Serve as a senior consultant advising institutional asset owners on asset allocation, manager selection, implementation, monitoring, and client education. Manage client relationships, lead manager searches, conduct research and strategic projects, support new business development, collaborate with specialty research groups, and mentor junior staff. Work hybrid from designated offices and travel for client meetings.

Serve as a trusted adviser to institutional asset owners, managing client relationships, conducting investment research, advising on asset allocation and manager selection, monitoring performance, leading manager searches, supporting client education, and generating new business. Work collaboratively across Callan teams and present findings to clients and prospects. Hybrid role with client travel and firm events.
