Calculate and verify portfolio returns and characteristics using custodial and investment manager data. Produce investment measurement reports, reconcile performance information, validate dividends and capital changes, respond to client requests, and generate custom reports using proprietary systems. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and an interest in institutional investments.

Serve as a senior consultant advising institutional asset owners on asset allocation, manager selection, implementation, monitoring, and client education. Manage client relationships, lead manager searches, conduct research and strategic projects, support new business development, collaborate with specialty research groups, and mentor junior staff. Work hybrid from designated offices and travel for client meetings.

Serve as a trusted adviser to institutional asset owners, managing client relationships, conducting investment research, advising on asset allocation and manager selection, monitoring performance, leading manager searches, supporting client education, and generating new business. Work collaboratively across Callan teams and present findings to clients and prospects. Hybrid role with client travel and firm events.
