The FP&A Manager will lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, dashboards, KPI reporting, and capital planning for new shop openings. The role partners with Operations, Development, People, and Support teams to evaluate performance, investments, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include translating complex financial data into actionable insights, improving scalable planning processes, and preparing materials for executives, investors, and the board.

Oversee daily commissary and bakery operations, including production, packing, delivery, quality, food safety, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and waste reduction. Lead supervisors and team members through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring orders are accurate and timely. Maintain operational standards, regulatory compliance, and a safe, high-performing workplace. Work hands-on five days weekly, including weekends, and support other locations as needed.

Assists the Commissary Manager with daily food production, inventory, distribution, staffing, scheduling, food safety, cost control, waste reduction, and order fulfillment. Leads and develops team members, maintains operational standards, coordinates vendors and deliveries, audits documentation, and ensures products are prepared, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time. Works hands-on in a fast-paced commissary environment and assumes leadership responsibilities when the manager is absent.
