Lead financial planning and analysis for commissary production, recipe costing, supply chain finance, and operational performance. Build costing models, forecasts, dashboards, and scenario analyses to improve profitability, capacity planning, and margin management. Partner with Culinary, Operations, and Supply Chain to support pricing, inventory, labor, and expansion decisions while contributing to company-wide budgeting and strategic planning.

Manage commissary operations including production planning, food preparation, packing, inventory, vendor communication, and staff supervision. Ensure food safety, quality, timely order fulfillment, cost control, and accurate administrative records while mentoring team members and supporting the Commissary Manager.
