Supports shareholder workforce development and training programs through recruitment, career guidance, internship coordination, partnership development, program tracking, presentations, and career-fair representation. Helps participants access employment, education, training, and funding opportunities; creates promotional materials; supports succession planning; maintains confidential data; and recommends program improvements. Requires occasional travel to villages and meetings, including by small aircraft, water vessel, and commercial transportation.

Manages the full IT procurement lifecycle, including market research, supplier evaluation, pricing analysis, RFQs and RFPs, purchase orders, contract modifications, documentation, and compliance. Evaluates supplier performance, negotiates terms, supports budgeting and financial reporting, identifies savings opportunities, and coordinates with Finance, IT, operations, and vendors. Maintains audit-ready records and supports timely payment approval through proof-of-delivery coordination.

Establishes and maintains intercompany work orders, prepares high-volume invoices, reconciles allocations, and supports government and commercial contract billing. Reviews contract terms, resolves discrepancies, prepares reports and month-end entries, maintains audit documentation, and coordinates with accounting and project stakeholders. Ensures billing activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and audit expectations.
