Full Stack Developer building and maintaining cloud-native microservices and responsive web apps. Work spans React/TypeScript frontends, C#/.NET backend APIs, GraphQL federation, SQL Server databases, Docker containerization, and deployment to Azure Kubernetes Service. Implement authentication with MSAL/Azure AD, integrate enterprise systems (Workday, Costpoint, M365), write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD and observability practices.

Provide executive leadership for enterprise HR across a multi-business organization: talent acquisition, HRIS, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, workforce development, safety, and organizational effectiveness. Lead HR strategy, supervise HR staff, coordinate with Holding Lines and Board, manage employee relations, labor contracts, audits, risk/claims, and corporate reporting. Based in Anchorage with occasional travel and remote work upon approval.

Responsible for maintaining project and general ledger records, monitoring project costs, funding, and revenue recognition. Prepare project/monthly financial reports, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement analysis, audit workpapers, prepaid amortization schedules, and tax returns as needed. Communicate with project managers, review A/P and expense reports, and support intercompany and audit activities.
