Build and maintain production frontend applications for mission-critical communications software. Develop reusable UI components, integrate frontend systems with APIs and backend services, implement testing and CI/CD pipelines, resolve performance and usability issues, and contribute to technical requirements and architecture. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, agile planning, mentorship, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, UI/UX, and customer stakeholders.

Leads and develops a software engineering team delivering mission-critical communications, A-PNT, and secure mesh networking solutions. Responsibilities include people management, resource planning, software architecture, Agile process improvement, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, quality assurance, technical risk management, and delivery oversight. The manager coaches engineers, establishes scalable engineering practices, guides architectural decisions, and evaluates AI-enabled development tools while partnering with leadership on staffing and organizational growth.

Provide senior systems engineering, integration, interoperability, sustainment, testing, troubleshooting, and technical advisory support for MILSATCOM and Protected MILSATCOM systems. Analyze architectures, cryptographic requirements, interfaces, modifications, and operational impacts; support AEHF capabilities and allied architectures; conduct technical assessments and site surveys; maintain engineering documentation; and assist operators and maintainers at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
