Maintains accurate trackers, spreadsheets, forms, business-system records, and confidential documentation while supporting leaders and teams, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the office remains organized, welcoming, and operational.

Lead and scale Caliola's software organization for mission-critical communications. Establish engineering standards, improve delivery predictability, mature agile practices, mentor technical leads, support productization of DoD-funded solutions, and guide adoption of secure and AI-enabled engineering workflows while collaborating with program management, business development, product, and customers.

Lead design and hands-on implementation of secure, resilient enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Drive network and cloud modernization, security monitoring, incident response, CMMC/NIST compliance, disaster recovery, secure AI adoption, and documentation. Mentor engineers and coordinate across engineering, compliance, facilities, and program teams.

Lead front-end development of secure, mission-critical GUIs using TypeScript/Vue and Node.js. Contribute production code, review peers, maintain CI/CD, tests, and UI components, coordinate with UX, produce documentation, and work on-site in Colorado Springs. Requires security clearance.
