Manage water system operations and maintenance including distribution, treatment, wells, reservoirs, SCADA oversight, budgets, capital projects, regulatory compliance, public outreach, staff leadership, training, safety, and cross-department collaboration. Serve as company representative in public forums and support continuous improvement and on-call duties.

Lead design, administration, compliance, and evaluation of all employee benefit programs. Manage benefits staff and vendor relationships, oversee renewals/RFPs, financial reporting, audits, and ACA/Form 5500 compliance. Lead open enrollment, employee communications, and continuous improvement of benefit strategies. Partner with Finance, Legal, Internal Audit and benefits leadership. On-site in San Jose.

Manage water and sewer capital improvement projects from design through construction. Track budgets, schedules, and progress; perform engineering calculations and infrastructure research; prepare bids, reports, maps, and submittal reviews; lead meetings and present to public agencies; direct technicians and interns; ensure project safety and continuous improvement. Provide technical support for asset management, CMMS, and GIS.
