Provide career assessment, job readiness training, employer outreach, and placement support for adult and youth participants. Maintain training materials, track outcomes, coordinate work experience and internships, ensure program compliance, and support participant success through assessments, workshops, resume and interview assistance.

Plans, implements, and evaluates culturally-sensitive educational programs (school support, IEP/504 planning, workshops). Manages program data, reports, site check-ins, partnerships, and participant communications; conducts academic consultations, develops materials, and leads initiatives to support students' educational goals.

Performs clerical and administrative support for caseworkers: greets visitors, answers phones, handles mail/faxes, types correspondence, files and scans participant paperwork into TANF software, assists with intakes, re-certifications, supportive services processing, transports participants, accompanies home visits, produces newsletter/calendar, and performs general office and janitorial duties.
