The Assistant Site Lead coordinates afterschool programs, supports staff and students, ensures safety and compliance, and actively engages in tutoring and mentoring.

Support the Site Lead in supervising afterschool programming: coordinate activities, mentor staff, tutor students, handle attendance/data entry, assist marketing/enrollment, monitor classrooms, enforce behavior standards, and temporarily lead in the Site Lead's absence.

Assist the Site Lead in supervising and coordinating afterschool programming: tutoring, mentoring, staff coaching, data entry/reporting, student behavior management, marketing/enrollment support, and temporarily leading the site when needed.
