Leads CTFF’s learning and development strategy across external professional development products, internal leadership curriculum, presenter development, training delivery, and digital learning quality. Builds partnerships, proposals, pricing, and client pipelines; designs and evaluates adult-learning curricula; coaches presenters and Office Fellows; oversees content in Docebo; uses learning data to improve programs and support scaling. The role also chairs the Curriculum Committee and collaborates with executives, internal teams, partners, and clients.

Leads Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee investigations, and personnel administration. Oversees HR staff, develops policies and procedures, manages performance and disciplinary processes, supports compensation structures, conducts investigations and exit interviews, advises on labor relations, and collaborates with the Director of Personnel on department strategy, staffing, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

The Site Lead supervises afterschool programs, ensuring compliance and a safe environment, manages budgets and marketing, and supports staff development.
