Assist the Site Lead in supervising and coordinating afterschool programming: tutoring, mentoring, staff coaching, data entry/reporting, student behavior management, marketing/enrollment support, and temporarily leading the site when needed.

Support the Site Lead in coordinating afterschool program operations: supervise staff, tutor and mentor students, handle attendance/data entry, assist marketing/enrollment, monitor classrooms, and temporarily lead in the Site Leads absence.

Assist in coordinating afterschool programs, supervise activities, support students and staff, maintain safety standards, and communicate with stakeholders.
