Leads the planning, implementation, evaluation, and compliance of continuing education programs, including webinars, courses, grants, and accredited activities. Manages budgets, contracts, vendors, speakers, logistics, performance metrics, reporting, and training technology. Coordinates with staff, partners, members, and leadership while ensuring programs meet accreditation and grant requirements. The role also supports strategic initiatives, communications, and organizational reporting.

The Accounting Coordinator performs general accounting, grant accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation. Responsibilities include monitoring federal and state grant compliance, reviewing subrecipient budgets and invoices, preparing journal entries and budget-to-actual reports, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The role collaborates with finance and program teams, responds to member inquiries, and travels as needed for meetings, trainings, and site visits.
