Supports and learns to maintain and improve the Energy Management System (EMS), PI Historian and Synchro-Phasor systems. Assists with Full Network Model builds, maximizes EMS uptime, troubleshoots data communications and system failures, provides 24x7 technical support to Real-Time Operations, manages PI Vision/AF tasks, and participates in deploying new functionality and process improvements.

Perform advanced analytics and data science to support ISO market design and policy. Analyze large energy market datasets, build predictive/descriptive models, evaluate market performance, compute default energy bids and opportunity costs using optimization and production-cost modeling, and deliver reports/dashboard visualizations. Collaborate with stakeholders, support market software and operations, and help develop new data-driven market products and services.

This role involves configuring, testing, and implementing modifications to settlement systems. It includes data analysis, policy discussions, and collaboration on business requirements.
