Provide engineering support to real-time grid and market operations by performing and learning power system studies (power flow, short circuit, stability), modeling transmission constraints, validating market models, documenting operating procedures, supporting outage plans, and assisting automation and reliability analyses.

Lead complex engineering projects, provide expertise on power systems applications, and resolve engineering-related problems while coordinating with staff and vendors.

Supports and learns to maintain and improve the Energy Management System (EMS), PI Historian and Synchro-Phasor systems. Assists with Full Network Model builds, maximizes EMS uptime, troubleshoots data communications and system failures, provides 24x7 technical support to Real-Time Operations, manages PI Vision/AF tasks, and participates in deploying new functionality and process improvements.
