The analyst translates policy changes into market settlement designs, participates in discussions, configures systems, researches issues, and ensures implementation quality.

Lead and deliver complex, cross-department enterprise projects from scope through close. Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, reporting, and governance. Drive consistent project management practices, support prioritization, mentor teams, and communicate status to executives and the Board to ensure timely, cost- and quality-controlled delivery.
