Oversee IT operations, managed service providers, vendor performance, assets, enterprise systems, cybersecurity services, and technology projects. Lead process improvement, system selection, business analysis, governance, user adoption, continuity planning, and disaster recovery. Translate organizational needs into vendor deliverables while partnering with Finance, Operations, and Administration. Serve as backup leadership for the IT department and ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology services.

Leads CHCF’s digital engagement strategy across email, social media, audience lifecycle management, CRM, and analytics. Develops campaigns, audience journeys, segmentation, personalization, and content; serves as Salesforce CRM Product Owner; oversees system integrations and data governance; analyzes engagement performance; manages vendors; and advises cross-functional teams on digital communications and audience growth.
