Manage assembly operations for decorative brass faucets, directing production, budgets, safety, continuous improvement, inventory accuracy, and team development. Drive lean initiatives, oversee ERP/MRP/WMS usage, manage supervisors and ~100 indirect reports, and ensure operational KPIs, cost reduction, and on-time product line changes.
