Administer and secure Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and hybrid infrastructure environments. Manage privileged access, identity lifecycles, security controls, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, logging, automation, and audit evidence. Lead cloud, identity, infrastructure, security, and automation initiatives; maintain documentation and operational procedures; collaborate with stakeholders and vendors; and participate in after-hours incident response and on-call support.

Leads multiple IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication. Leads and develops an Application Development team responsible for enterprise application design, delivery, support, architecture, integrations, and platform enhancements. Establishes engineering standards, quality practices, technical governance, and security compliance. Partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate objectives into scalable solutions, oversee delivery priorities, resolve complex technical issues, and drive continuous process improvement. Provides leadership for Duck Creek application development and manages technical talent and performance.
