The Staff Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting across two entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, expense reimbursements, vendor records, grant coding, and monthly close support. The role will assist with year-end 1099s, audits, process documentation, and accounting system improvements while helping transition bookkeeping in-house. It also serves as a resource for staff and vendors regarding expenses, documentation, and reimbursements.

The Grants Specialist writes proposals, letters of inquiry, grant reports, and fundraising materials; researches and qualifies institutional funding prospects; maintains grant records, calendars, and reporting workflows; and coordinates internal reviews, budgets, attachments, and funder submissions. The role collaborates with philanthropy and program teams to translate advocacy and community impact into compelling funder communications while supporting accurate grant administration and compliance.
