Learn and perform reserve study tasks (inspections, component inventories, useful life and cost research), manage project caseloads and schedules, present findings to boards and clients, and grow into supervising staff and owning client relationships. Coordinate with Budget, DRE, and administrative teams. Regular California travel for inspections and meetings; role requires physical ability for on-site inspections and a valid driver license.

Perform property inspections and inventories for homeowner associations, document component condition and quantities, research replacement costs and useful lives, enter findings into reserve study software, assist with financial projections and report preparation, coordinate clients and vendors, and manage multiple projects with travel throughout California.
