Leads DMPK strategy for drug discovery and development programs, providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams. Designs, coordinates, analyzes, and interprets in vitro and in vivo studies; manages CROs and external partners; oversees data quality and delivery; and authors DMPK reports, regulatory documents, and publications. Collaborates with biology, chemistry, project teams, and external stakeholders to support candidate selection and development decisions.

Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of research and development agreements, including sponsored research, licenses, confidentiality, material transfer, manufacturing, consulting, and services contracts. Serve as the business and contracts liaison for scientific collaborations, coordinate with legal and IP counsel, manage partner commitments and approvals, and improve contract templates and workflows. Collaborate with leadership, R&D, finance, CMC, alliance management, and project teams to support life sciences programs.

Lead controllership and accounting operations, manage monthly/quarterly/annual close, oversee clinical trial accruals, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, mentor accounting staff, optimize processes and automation (Excel-to-NetSuite) and partner with cross-functional teams.
