Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of research and development agreements, including sponsored research, licenses, confidentiality, material transfer, manufacturing, consulting, and services contracts. Serve as the business and contracts liaison for scientific collaborations, coordinate with legal and IP counsel, manage partner commitments and approvals, and improve contract templates and workflows. Collaborate with leadership, R&D, finance, CMC, alliance management, and project teams to support life sciences programs.

Lead controllership and accounting operations, manage monthly/quarterly/annual close, oversee clinical trial accruals, ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance, mentor accounting staff, optimize processes and automation (Excel-to-NetSuite) and partner with cross-functional teams.

The role involves designing and training deep learning models for genomic analysis, collaborating with scientists, and publishing research findings.
