Provide front office support, payroll and HR recordkeeping, manage accounts payable/receivable and cash handling, train and monitor staff on SOPs, and deliver friendly customer service.

Provide confidential employee relations counsel, investigate misconduct and harassment claims, mediate conflicts, advise managers on performance and corrective action, maintain documentation, ensure policy and legal compliance, deliver HR training, and produce reports on ER trends to support positive workplace culture.
