Supervise daily production staff, dispatch work assignments, maintain vehicle status in C1, ensure efficient collision repairs, and provide customer-facing support. Coordinate workflows and training as needed.

Provide front office support at a service center: payroll and HR administration, AP/AR and cash handling, training and SOP enforcement, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining records and supporting center teammates.
