The role requires at least two years of management experience, strong customer service skills, workforce development ability, organization, problem-solving, computer and POS proficiency, and schedule flexibility including weekends.

Oversee daily car wash site operations, profitability, revenue growth, customer experience, equipment and facility upkeep, and team performance. Hire, train, motivate, and develop employees; build local business relationships; maintain a safe and clean environment; and resolve operational issues. The role requires strong leadership, sales, customer service, organization, problem-solving, flexibility, and willingness to work outdoors, weekends, and physically demanding shifts.
