Manages business operations for an assisted living community, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, personnel records, month-end closing, resident payment documentation, invoice coding, compliance, and office staff supervision. Coordinates with the executive director and management company, supports resident onboarding, maintains workplace safety, resolves issues, and ensures effective communication with residents, vendors, employees, and corporate leadership.

Provide direct nursing care in Assisted Living and Memory Care: assess residents, develop/update care plans, administer and monitor medications, transcribe physician orders, train/support care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in quality improvement, and communicate with families and leadership.
