Manage Naturalizer’s organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Lead paid creator and influencer partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, briefing, contracts, approvals, and content usage. Support TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, creator gifting, and other social commerce initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, PR, and agencies while tracking performance and optimizing social, influencer, and commerce results.

Analyzes retail workforce demand, labor forecasts, payroll budgets, schedules, productivity, and operational workload. Develops dashboards, reporting, workload standards, and recommendations for store and field leaders. Partners with Finance, HR, IT, and Store Operations on workforce planning, automated scheduling, pilots, process improvements, and labor expense management.

Handles consumer inquiries through email, social media, mail, and phone while meeting customer service KPIs. Resolves concerns, supports customer satisfaction and retention, documents interactions, identifies recurring issues, and recommends process improvements. Provides peak-time call center support and completes assigned tasks. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, computer navigation, typing, and data-entry skills.
