Lead R&D for monolithic refractory and specialty products: develop new offerings, support existing products, maintain materials roadmaps and specifications, drive internal/external research, collaborate cross‑functionally, and manage technical staff with safety focus.

Design and specify refractory systems for steel-industry furnaces, select materials, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, optimize cost and heat-loss, support customer technical discussions, troubleshooting, and represent the company in technical meetings and audits.

Provide on-site refractory technical support and installation for furnaces, ladles, and tundishes. Interpret lining drawings, perform bricklaying, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, inventory counts, and safety compliance while coordinating with sales and customer service to ensure optimal product performance.
