Operates forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to safely move, load, unload, stack, and stage raw materials, finished products, packaging, and pallets throughout the facility. Supports production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations; inspects equipment before shifts, reports defects, follows safety procedures, and maintains a clean, organized work environment. The role requires extensive standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and working around loud noise, moving machinery, weather, fumes, and chemicals.

Manage procurement and inbound logistics for raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and consumables. Coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses, QC, and contractors; oversee import documentation, purchase orders, deliveries, inspections, goods receipt processing, inventory levels, SAP stock accuracy, and inbound KPIs. Ensure EHS, 5S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement standards while preventing stockouts and overstocking.

Provides on-site technical and labor support for refractory installation, relining, repairs, inspections, equipment maintenance, inventory, and customer assistance. Installs firebrick, ceramic fiber, gunite, poured, rammed, and pumped refractory materials in furnaces, ladles, and tundishes. Reads lining drawings, operates tools and lifting equipment, documents findings, monitors product stock, supports safety standards, and trains customer staff on installation procedures.
