Leads quality assurance and process control for refractory products, overseeing raw material evaluation, production process discipline, laboratory testing, calibration, audits, standards compliance, supplier qualification, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Supports product development, customer trials, sustainability, cost reduction, and sales with technical documentation. Manages and develops QA/QC teams while ensuring ISO, regulatory, and company quality and safety compliance.

Provides on-site technical support for refractory installation, repair, and maintenance at customer facilities. Installs and repairs refractory linings in furnaces, ladles, and tundishes using bricklaying, gunite, pouring, ramming, pumping, ceramic fiber, and firebrick methods. Performs inspections, equipment maintenance, inventory monitoring, reporting, safety compliance, and customer training. The role requires extensive physical labor, lifting, equipment operation, and exposure to industrial environments.

Manages administrative and clerical support for multiple manufacturing plant locations, including payroll processing, absenteeism and crewing records, benefits and HR support, OSHA logs, employee records, job bids, grievances, wellness programs, communications, and visitor support.
