Serve as the COO's operational right hand across two manufacturing plants and two distribution centers. Own cross-site production planning, inventory, distribution scheduling, KPI dashboards, S&OP cadence, supplier performance, and continuous improvement; represent operations in leadership meetings and build scalable operational processes.

Lead upstream and downstream marketing for the US Implant business unit, owning go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, product launches, sales enablement, demand generation, customer insight, and marketing analytics to drive surgeon adoption and franchise growth. Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional programs; ~30% travel.
