Teams at Caldera Medical

Serve as the COO's operational right hand across two manufacturing plants and two distribution centers: coordinate production planning, inventory, distribution scheduling, and S&OP; build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks; lead continuous improvement initiatives; align cross-functional teams and supplier performance; create operational playbook and resolve cross-site issues.

Lead upstream and downstream marketing for the US Implant business unit: define positioning, own go-to-market strategy and product launches, build sales enablement, run demand generation and KOL engagement, capture customer insight, track marketing KPIs/ROI, manage budget/vendors, and mentor or manage marketing staff. Requires ~30% travel.

Serve as the operational hub for 65 international distributors: manage distributor relationships and compliance, monitor global tender opportunities, coordinate tender responses, maintain tender and pipeline reporting, build sales operations dashboards, and follow up on international AR and reconciliations to enable data-driven international leadership.
