Manage accounting, financial reporting, and administration for assigned investment funds, including reviewing service-provider deliverables, financial statements, NAV pricing, expenses, regulatory filings, controls, and fund board materials. The role coordinates with administrators, custodians, auditors, and internal teams to resolve issues, supports leverage monitoring and special projects, and trains junior associates. Fund administration experience across ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end funds, interval funds, or UCITS funds is required.

The Staff Accountant prepares monthly accounting records, performs reconciliations, assists with tax documentation, and improves departmental efficiency using AI tools.

Drive business development for Calamos Wealth Management by cultivating custodial partner relationships, converting referrals into clients, managing regional sales activities and presentations, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring seamless client conversion and retention across assigned territory.
