Creates and communicates complex financial, wealth, retirement, tax, estate, insurance, education, charitable giving, and wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth clients. Analyzes client finances, prepares presentations, supports plan implementation, collaborates with advisors and external professionals, contributes to sales and client meetings, and mentors other planners. Requires strong communication, emotional intelligence, sales ability, financial planning expertise, and advanced planning knowledge.

Supports wealth planning and business strategy operations through financial planning data management, client document reconciliation, reporting, process improvement, sales enablement analysis, system enhancements, and workflow automation. The Analyst prepares client planning materials, maintains eMoney records, develops insights for leadership, documents processes, and coordinates improvements across wealth management teams.
