Owns month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue, COGS, and clinical accruals. Performs variance and flux analysis, prepares accounting schedules, and serves as the US GAAP subject matter expert. Manages audit relationships, SOX compliance, sales tax submissions, financial systems, ERP implementations, internal controls, and accounting process improvements.

Own the lifecycle of FDA-regulated medical device hardware and firmware products from development through launch and sustaining. Define requirements, execute roadmaps, lead new product introductions, incorporate customer and market insights, and manage improvements, cost reductions, issue resolution, and end-of-life planning. Collaborate across Engineering, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to meet user, clinical, compliance, and business objectives.

Manage Durable Medical Equipment licenses, CMS enrollment, compliance programs, calendars, audits, and regulatory responses. Oversee company contracts, including creation, execution, renewals, obligations, analysis, negotiations, and risk mitigation. Provide legal and compliance guidance, training, and cross-functional support while ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
