Provide administrative, bookkeeping, event logistics, marketing, and customer-service support for the College Corps program. Manage invoices, deposits, vendor reconciliations, social media content, promotional materials, office operations, student assistant recruitment/supervision, and reporting to ensure program compliance and efficient operations.

Manages the CalFresh Outreach program’s budget, accounting, fiscal reporting, data tracking, personnel and purchasing budgets, and grant-related procedures. Develops fiscal tracking systems, supports quarterly reporting, coordinates with sponsored programs staff, and ensures compliance with university and grant policies. The role also supports stakeholder relationships, outreach, training events, HR procedures, and monitoring of relevant legislation and policies.

Conduct laboratory, greenhouse, and field research on fungal and other pathogens of strawberry to reduce food waste; develop integrated disease management strategies; analyze data, publish results, write grants, present findings, mentor students, and engage growers and industry stakeholders.
